We at Think Bike Training are looking for that special person who would like to train with us to become a bike instructor.
Having had a busy 2017, 2018 looks to be even busier and wanting to ensure we can continue to make the time for our trainees we are looking for someone who can slot in with our team.
We currently have several CBT training grounds (and always looking for others), So you would need to be able to get to and work from these grounds (see our website for locations), as well as working directly from our unit on Colwick Industrial Estate.
Our preference would be to train someone with no previous bike training experience, however, it’s the right person we are looking for so don’t want to restrict ourselves.
The official requirements are…
- Hold a full motorcycle licence for at least 3 years
- have no more than 6 points (less is better)
Attitude and commitment to giving good service are critical to us, as we pride ourselves in the service that we provide.
Training can take a while (depending on your availability and how far you’d like to go with your instructor licence).
Once trained work would be on part time basis, some weekends, bank holidays etc.
Don’t imagine the pay is great, it isn’t 
the job satisfaction, however IS great 
and you will be working with some great people, both trainees and instructors alike.
